Role Summary:

As an Intern at IQVIA, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client and stakeholder business requirements, analyzing healthcare and pharmaceutical data, building analytical models, and communicating actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements from clients and key stakeholders, assisting in proposing actionable business solutions.

Perform data analysis, logical reasoning, and data interpretation to summarize key findings.

Work with data sets to create meaningful visualizations, reports, and presentation decks.

Attend, support, and present analytical findings during client and internal meetings.

Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of an agile project team.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines.

Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), Statistics, or related fields.

Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates / Final-year Students eligible for full-time internship.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical, numerical, and logical reasoning abilities.

Hands-on working experience or strong academic proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables)

Power BI (Data visualization & dashboard creation)

SQL (Querying, joins, and data extraction)

PowerPoint (PPT) (Executive presentation and storytelling)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and data integrity.

Preferred / Good to Have:

Prior understanding or keen interest in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry landscape.

Familiarity with healthcare databases or consulting frameworks.
