About the Role
GlobalLogic is hiring detail-oriented and physically active Associate Analysts to join their AI Field Operations team in Delhi NCR.
In this role, you will collect high-quality, first-person (egocentric) video datasets using advanced Meta Quest 3 VR headsets across diverse real-world settings (retail stores, warehouses, hotels, labs, and workshops). The collected video and motion data directly trains and powers next-generation Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence models.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Capture: Wear the Meta Quest 3 headset during operational shifts to capture clear, first-person video datasets.
Workflow Execution: Perform realistic, multi-step physical activities including picking, placing, packing, sorting, scanning, trolley transport, and organizing.
Environmental Diversity: Operate across varied setups such as store aisles, warehouse packing stations, hotel guest rooms, and assembly environments.
Visual Quality Assurance: Ensure uninterrupted whole-body movement and clear hand-to-object visibility without blocking camera sensors.
Guideline Adherence: Maintain strict compliance with standard operating protocols, camera exposure/lighting guidelines, and data fidelity criteria.

Eligibility & Skills Required
Education: Any recognized Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, quality operations, or fresh graduates ready to join immediately.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with smart gadgets, mobile applications, or VR/AR hardware (Meta Quest / Oculus experience is an added advantage).
Physical Agility: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying light-to-moderate loads during operational capture shifts.
VR Readiness: High comfort wearing VR headsets for multi-hour sessions without experiencing motion sensitivity.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on procedural precision, punctuality, and consistent output quality.
