Role Summary / Purpose:

Resource Innovations is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate marketing operations, support cross-channel campaigns, maintain organized marketing collateral and campaign calendars, and ensure smooth communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Organization: Maintain organized project files, campaign calendars, contact lists, approved materials, and other core marketing resources.

Material Integrity: Ensure project teams are working from the most up-to-date information, assets, and final approved brand collateral.

Campaign Coordination: Support marketing campaign planning, scheduling, asset management, and project tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with creative teams, project managers, and utility program leaders to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.

Administrative Support: Handle administrative and logistical marketing tasks to keep workflows running efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical professional experience).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or client communications roles.

Location Requirement: Remote role based in the United States.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain clean documentation, and adhere to tight deadlines.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly across diverse internal and external audiences.

Proactivity: Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, ask clarifying questions, and drive tasks forward without heavy oversight.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management platforms, spreadsheet tools, and standard marketing collaboration software.
