Role Summary / Purpose:

As a Web Developer Associate in Marketing Operations, you will support marketing campaign execution, web content authoring, and website management. You will work within web content management systems (CMS) and front-end development tools to design and create digital marketing ads, promotion pages, and web modules, ensuring smooth marketing operations and rapid time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Content Management: Manage, update, and author content across websites, landing pages, and campaign portals using enterprise CMS platforms.

Campaign & Ad Design Creation: Create and design digital marketing promotions, banners, assets, and landing page layouts.

Front-End Development & Integration: Support website authoring, HTML/CSS styling updates, and client-side page adjustments for web and mobile browsers.

Process & Workflow Execution: Solve routine technical and content issues using precedent, established SOPs, and supervisor guidelines.

Collaboration & Coordination: Interact closely with internal team members and project supervisors to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals and web assets.

Operational Agility: Adapt to operational schedules, including rotational shift requirements where needed to support global marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduation (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / B.A. or equivalent degree).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Web Content Management, Marketing Operations, or Front-End Web Development (0–2 years with strong project background eligible).

Required Skills & Competencies:

Primary Skill: Web Content Management (CMS platforms, page authoring, digital asset management).

Secondary Skill: Web Development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).

Marketing Operations: Familiarity with digital ad promotion creation, banner updates, and campaign workflows.

Problem Solving: Capability to troubleshoot routine formatting, layout, and content display bugs across browsers.

Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in proofreading web copy, formatting media assets, and maintaining brand standards.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.

Preferred / Good to Have:

Basic exposure to front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., React.js).

Experience working with image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva) to resize and optimize marketing visuals.

Prior experience working in an agency, IT services, or digital marketing operations environment.
